When will this be available?

The HaloSauna will be available in our new location at 700 19th St Suite 101, Virginia Beach after we open our new facility within Vibe Wellness in May of 2025.

How long are the HaloTherapy sessions?
Sessions will be available in 20, 30, and 45 minute intervals, with or without salt, sauna, or red light therapy. Sessions are customized to your desires.

How does the HaloSauna engage all 5 senses?
Feel the warmth of the infrared sauna and the salt on your skin

Taste the microparticles of salt in the air

How do I prepare for my session?

Wear gym clothing or a bathing suit. Maximum skin exposure is preferred to get the most benefit from the salt on your skin. Wait at least 2 hours to shower afterwards to allow the salt particles to absorb. Stay hydrated to flush out toxins and to help your body regulate temperature from the sauna.

Red Light Therapy: $10
